Email Notification - How to Notify Customers about Order Shipment & other events on Email ?
With this feature you can Manage email notifications setup for you and your customers.
In order to update your “email Notifications” related Settings please follow the below mentioned
Steps:

Open ILS panel

Click on “Settings” from the side bar

Then Click on “Notifications Settings” Option

Then you can do settings related to email sending to your clients at the time your order is shipped and ready to pickup from your logistics partner, when you send Invoice to customers, In case there is delay in delivery of your order.

You can also edit Email Subject, Email body and add or remove reference variables as per your requirements

Finally click on “Save” button to save your settings
